Wind Advisory Issued For Most Of Northern Arizona For Thursday

A Wind Advisory will be in effect for most of Northern Arizona Thursday. The National Weather Service issued the advisory between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. for the Greater Flagstaff Area, Williams, Prescott, the Grand Canyon and the White Mountains. Forecasters say winds will be 20-to-30 miles an hour with gusts up to 50 miles an hour at times. Strong gusty winds could make it difficult for travels in high profile vehicles. If you have to travel Thursday, use caution.
