The last day of 2023 operations for the Willard Springs Green Waste Site will be this Saturday. Willard Springs will be closed throughout the upcoming winter season, which runs each year between November 1st and March 31st, so that Coconino County can reopen the station for green waste-only disposal on Friday, April 5th, 2024. It will then be open for the summer season on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. until next October. The Willard Springs Transfer Station is located about 14 miles south of Flagstaff, just west of Interstate 17 along the Willard Springs Road Exit.
