Two people are dead after an apparent murder-suicide Wednesday night in Flagstaff. Police responded to a trespassing call at around 9:39 p.m. in the 14-hundred block of West Kaibab Lane. When the first officer arrived, he could hear a woman screaming from inside a house. When the officer entered the home, he saw Tianna Guglielmo with multiple gunshot wounds. The officer then found Ian Stutterheim, also with multiple gunshot wounds. Ian would later pass away from his injuries. Finally, the officer found Kevin McManis dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Investigators say that Tianna and Kevin were married, but separated. Tianna recently moved into the house on Kaibab, while Kevin was living at another home. Ian is Tianna’s friend and co-worker. Kevin arrived at Tianna’s home, where he used a concrete block to force entry inside. Kevin the allegedly shot Ian, Tianna and them himself. Tianna is recovering from her injuries. Her condition is unknown.
