Two men were arrested Tuesday morning after a search warrant was served by Cottonwood Police. Officials say officers, supported by Verde Valley Regional SWAT, Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputies and Yavapai College Police, went to a home in the 900-block of East Mingus Drive at around 6:40 a.m. The search warrant was served as part of an investigation into the possession of alleged illicit internet materials. Detectives found and confiscated usable amounts of meth, along with related-drug paraphernalia. Also multiple electronic devices were found, such as cell phones, tablets and computers were seized. The suspects, 29-year-old Justin Schexnayder and 35-year-old Antonio Schexnayder were arrested and facing felony charges of drug possession and sale of meth along with drug paraphernalia. Additional charges are pending. Both suspects are currently being held at the Yavapai County Jail.
