Two Injured In An Head-On Collision On Highway 89 In Doney Park Monday Afternoon

A head-on collision injured two people and backed up traffic on Highway 89 in Doney Park Monday. DPS says the accident happened just before one p.m. at milepost 424, when a white SUV collided head-on with a gray SUV. The accident temporarily blocked the right lane. Two people were injured in the accident and were taken to Flagstaff Medical Center with unknown injuries. There is no further information and the accident is under investigation.
