Two people were injured after a multi-vehicle accident in Prescott Valley Tuesday afternoon. Central Arizona Fire and Medical officials say the accident happened just east of Fain Road on Highway 69 at around 2:52. When crews arrived they found two vehicles with heavy damage. Three people were involved in the accident, however only two were transported to Yavapai Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The third person refused treatment. While crews cleaned up and officers investigated the crash, there were delays on both east and westbound lanes of Highway 69. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
