A Tuba City man will be serving life in prison after being convicted of murder. Last Wednesday, 28-year-old Vincent Tsosie Junior was sentenced after he was found guilty of arson and first and second degree murders. In November of 2019, Tsosie entered a Tuba City home and tried to assault one of the residents and then set fire to the home. The homeowner woke up during the fire, but could not find his way out of the house through the smoke and flames. Tsosie was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Phoenix and will serve both life sentences concurrently.
