A Snowflake man was arrested after authorities found a live grenade in his motor-home just north of Snowflake. Navajo County Sheriff’s officials began an investigation after receiving information of a potential explosive device at the vehicle back on January 2nd. When deputies arrived, they spoke with 61-year-old Mark Blake who told deputies he has a live grenade in his RV. He also threatened to make a new one if deputies took his current one. A search warrant was obtained on January 3rd, where deputies searched the RV and found the grenade. Arizona Department of Public Safety EOD technicians were called from the Phoenix area to dispose of the device. The FBI arrested Blake last Thursday.
