Single-Vehicle Accident Injures Two Between Williams And Valle

Two people were injured Friday after a single-vehicle accident on State Route 64 between Williams and Valle. DPS officials say a red Toyota was heading north on the highway, when it took evasive action and overcorrected to avoid a collision. The maneuver sent the car down a 50-foot embankment. The passenger and driver were transported to Flagstaff Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The accident is under investigation.
