The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for Friday and Saturday for most of Northern Arizona, including Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona and parts of the Navajo Nation. The watch will be in effect from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. Winds are expected to be 15-to-30 miles per hour with gusts up to 45 miles an hour at times on Friday, with stronger winds Saturday. Humidities are expected to be low, so fire danger will be high. If you’re traveling, remember don’t throw a cigarette out of the window, if you’re pulling a trailer make sure chains don’t hit the ground and avoid any open flames or sparks.
