A Red Flag Warning and a Wind Advisory has been issued for Northern and Eastern Arizona for Monday. Both will be in effect from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Forecasters say winds will be between 20-to-30 miles-per-hour with gusts up to 45 miles-per-hour at times. Areas that will be in the warning area are Coconino, Navajo and Apache counties, which includes: The greater Flagstaff area, The Grand Canyon, Winslow, Holbrook, Show Low, and the Navajo and Hopi Nations. Just one spark can start and spread a fire quickly in these conditions. If you are traveling and pulling a trailer, make sure the chains are off the highway and if you smoke, do not toss a cigarette out of the window. If you see smoke, call 9-1-1.
