Prescott Valley Police On The Lookout For Three Suspects In A New Year’s Eve Shoplifting Incident At Frys

Prescott Valley Police are looking for three suspects who shoplifted from the Fry’s Grocery Store at 31-hundred Glassford Hill Road in Prescott Valley on New Year’s Eve. Police say at around 7:20 p.m. three adults entered the store and filed a shopping cart with about $600 of store merchandise, then went through the self-checkout, scanned a few items, the left without paying. They loaded the items into a gold-colored, older model Buick four-door sedan, bearing an unknown registration. The vehicle had possible damage to the trunk and wouldn’t close. The suspects were confronted by a store employee. Two of the suspects re-entered the store with the employee, while the second one pushed a shopping cart with around $162 of merchandise back into the store. While the employee checked video surveillance and called police, the cart pushing suspect left the store, got into the vehicle and fled the scene. The other two suspects fled on foot. If anyone has information about the suspects, contact Prescott Valley Police at (928) 772-9267 and reference report number 22-007498. You can also contact Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232.
