Prescott Valley Police continue to battle illegal drug abuse in the community. Officers have made 74 drug-related arrests from March 1st to July 31st of this year. In those arrests, nine firearms were recovered from those vehicles. Meth and fentanyl continue to be the most abused drugs in Prescott Valley. Additionally, officers responded to eight drug overdose calls, five of which resulted in the death of the user. If you are aware of any illegal drug use, contact your local law enforcement agency.
