Prescott Valley Police Arrested A Mayer Man In Connection With A Credit Union Robbery Thursday

Prescott Valley Police have arrested a Mayer man, who allegedly robbed the Credit Union West branch Thursday afternoon. Officials say the robbery took place at the bank in the 86-hundred block of East State Route 69 at around 4:15 p.m. Police say 34-year-old Dewey Cook went up to the teller and gave the person a note and said he had a weapon. Based on a tip, Cook was identified by police. He was located and arrested on Saturday at the Gateway Mall. Cook was booked into the Yavapai County Jail and charged with aggravated robbery.
