Prescott Valley Man Convicted Of Possessing Multiple Images Of Child Pornography

A Prescott Valley man was convicted of ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor under the age of 15 in Yavapai County Superior Court Wednesday. A jury found 73-year old James Halbert Hudson guilty after numerous images of child pornography were found on his computer after a search warrant was issued to search his home back in 2020. The Prescott Valley Police Department began an investigation after being notified the images were being downloaded. Hudson faces a minimum sentence of 100 years in prison. Sentencing will take place in Yavapai County Superior Court December 18th.
