Detectives from Partner’s Against Narcotic’s Trafficking, or PANT, arrested a man who was selling meth and fentanyl in the Prescott area. PANT detectives received information over about a month that 21-year-old Kenneth Fraley of Prescott was selling the illegal drugs. Law enforcement executed a search warrant back on January 10th at Fraley’s home. During the search detectives found around a thousand fentanyl pills, a scale, bindles and other paraphernalia. They also found about 20 grams of meth and $1,500 in cash. Fraley admitting to selling to several people in the Prescott area. He was booked on charges including the sales of narcotics and dangerous drugs for sale, possession of a narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
