A Prescott man was arrested for weapons misconduct on Monday. Prescott Police responded to a residence on the 600 block of Coal Drive after multiple reports of suspected gunshots. Lee Hosseini, the residence owner, was a known prohibited possessor and fled the scene before police could arrive. The Yavapai County Adult Probation Department were contacted where they performed a search of Lee’s home. Officials found two firearms in plain view, and an additional 24 firearms in a hidden compartment behind a fake fireplace. Five discharged bullet casings were also discovered. Lee was later detained during a traffic stop. Lee has been booked into the Yavapai County Jail on charges for Misconduct involving weapons.
