One person was killed in an early morning accident on westbound I-40 near Twin Arrows. DPS says a three-vehicle accident, involving two semi-trucks and a passenger vehicle took place at around 6:30 a.m. The accident took the life of one of the semi’s passengers after one semi hit the other one. The area reopened to traffic at around 1:30 p.m.
