The Northern Arizona Wranglers won the Indoor Football League Championship with a 47-45 win over the Quad City Steamwheelers in the IFL title game Saturday in Las Vegas. The Wranglers led Quad City 37-24 after three quarters and had to hold on to win. Kaleb Barker threw three touchdown passes and rushed for one in the win. Wrangler’s defensive lineman JaQuan Artis was not only the Defensive MVP for the season, but was the title game MVP as well with two sacks. This is the first-ever championship for the franchise in its second season of existence. Last year the Wranglers won one game.
