Northern Arizona Healthcare Inspire, a service of Children’s Health Center, recently received a grant of five-thousand-dollars from Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation. NAH helps children and families learn about healthy lifestyle choices by offering flexible appointments and one-on-one education. Sprouts Farmers Market does cover all of the Foundation’s expenses, making sure every dollar goes directly to the program. The Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation’s main goals are to improve school garden learning, nutrition education, and expanding access to nutritional food through grants to nonprofit organizations.
