The NAU women’s soccer team pulled off a stunner Thursday night at Lumberjack Stadium, beating the Oregon Ducks 3-2. The last time NAU beat a Pac-12 team was October 4th of 2001, when they beat Arizona State then coached by Ray Leone, who is now an assistant coach at NAU. The Jacks led 2-1 at halftime and were able to hang on for the win. Kayla Shebar, Erin O’Connor and Avery Ott each scored for the Jacks, who outshot Oregon 16-7. NAU will head to Cedar City, Utah to take on the Southern Utah Thunderbirds Sunday at noon.
