NAU Police Reported A Man Seen With A Gun In The McConnell Hall Area Friday Night

There were a few tense moments Friday night on NAU’s south campus. Northern Arizona University Police issued a campus alert at around 10:30 p.m. after a man in a ski mask, black jacket and black sweatpants was seen with a black pistol with an orange tip at Lot 66/McConnell Hall area. Police warned people to avoid the area and to keep alert for this person. About a half-hour later the “All Clear” was given. There’s no word if an arrest has been made in the incident. No one was hurt.
