Police arrested a 68-year-old man who robbed a Flagstaff bank Friday morning. Flagstaff Police say Robert Rickman of Prescott, went into the Wells Fargo Bank branch at Milton Road and Plaza Way at around 9:30 a.m. The bank is just off the northwest portion of the NAU campus. An alert went out to students and faculty about the robbery, as well as a description of the suspect. NAU Police say the man was taken into custody just before 11 a.m. in the downtown area. Police say this isn’t Rickman’s first brush with the law. In April of 2020 he was arrested after he robbed the same bank.
