The NAU Graduation Ceremony will be done in a virtual format this semester. Since the COVID-19 pandemic shutdowns began in Spring 2020, the graduation ceremony has been virtual, with students recognized via slides which list their name, with the option of a photo, and message as well. NAU officials decided to eliminate Spring Break from the first semester of 2021 to reduce the risk of students contracting COVID-19 on travels, and because of this, the semester will end the last week of April, roughly two weeks ahead of normal. The commencement ceremony will be streamed on Friday, April 30th at nau.edu/commencement, and can be accessed to watch again until the end of the Winter Semester.
