The NAU men’s basketball team won its fifth straight game, but it wasn’t easy as they knocked off the Idaho Vandals, 77-72, at the Rolle Activity Center Saturday. The game was moved to Rolle due to the Mountain T’s Invitational Track and Field meet in the Skydome. The Jacks were led by sophomore guard Cameron Shelton, who scored a career-high 29 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Brooks Debisschop had a double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds in the win. The Jacks improve to 12-7 overall and 6-4 in the Big Sky and will play the Eastern Washington Eagles Monday in the Skydome. The Eagles lead the Lumberjacks in the Big Sky Conference by two games. Monday’s game tips off at 6 p.m.
