National Park Service Agents Looking For Clues Into A Possible Shooting At The Petrified Forest National Park Tuesday

The National Park Service is looking for a suspect who allegedly shot at two employees Tuesday at the Petrified Forest National Park east of Holbrook. The NPS says its employees were driving in a remote area of the park Tuesday morning when a bullet hit their vehicle. No one was injured, but Blue Mesa Loop Road and all trails leading into the Blue Mesa area are closed because of the investigation. No suspects have been identified.
