NAU chipped a 15 point Montana State lead to a tie late in the game, but couldn’t get the win as the Bobcats beat the Lumberjacks, 89-84, in the Skydome. Jalen Cone almost single-handedly brought the Jacks back in the game, scoring 18 of his 26 points in the second half. Nik Mains added 13 points and Keith Haymon chipped in with 12. The Bobcats had five players in double figures led by Xavier Bishop with 24. NAU will welcome the Montana Grizzles into the Skydome Saturday afternoon.
