Winslow Police say one man was killed when the vehicle he was driving, hit a guardrail and went down into Clear Creek near Winslow Sunday. Authorities were called to the scene at around 6:57 p.m. When they arrived, the vehicle was found submerged and the driver could not be seen. The car was extracted from the creek Monday morning. Police say 28-year-old Sterling Kasper was found dead inside. There were no other people in the vehicle and no one else was involved in the accident. DPS is investigating the incident.
