Man Found Dead In A Flagstaff Apartment Early Sunday Morning Was Reportedly Climbing Three Stories To Enter The Building

More information is known about a man who was found dead inside a Flagstaff apartment early Sunday morning. Flagstaff Police were called to the complex at 60 East Anita Avenue at around 4:12 a.m. on a reported trespassing in progress. When officers arrived they found the body of a man, who died from an apparent gunshot wound. After the initial investigation, officials found the man was formerly in a relationship with one of the residents of the apartment. After being denied entry, the man identified as 31-year-old Sean Tohannie of Tonalea, proceeded to climb the exterior of the building up to the third floor balcony where a resident of the apartment unit he was attempting to enter confronted and fatally shot him.
