Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure Monday In Front Of A School Playground In Cottonwood

Cottonwood Police arrested a 41-year-old man Monday on charges of indecent exposure in front of a school playground full of kids at the time. Police say Jose Villa Junior was engaged in indecent behavior along Main Street and Birch at around 11:18 a.m. Witnesses tell police Villa’s actions were visible to people in the area. Three minors and an adult told police they wanted the man arrested and charged for the incident. Villa was arrested and booked on four counts of indecent exposure and remains in the Yavapai County Jail.
