The Flagstaff City Council will meet tonight with a few items on the agenda. Council will vote on an ordinance to allow Nestle Purina to continue its odor mitigation in return for a property tax break. They will also discuss and vote on an updated public safety development plan, as well as proposed zoning code amendments for Lake Mary Road in regards to the rural and urban floodplains. They will also discuss the Wastewater Biosolids Master Plan in relation with the city’s two wastewater plants at Wildcat Hill and Rio de Flag. The meeting will take place at City Hall starting at 6 p.m.
