Four men were arrested Wednesday as a result of a multi-agency, sexual exploitation operation in Prescott. The operation consisted of FBI agents, DPS officials, members of the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, the Chandler Police Department and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. Those arrested were: 29-year-old Kenneth Lamotte from Chino Valley. He was arrested after trying to meet and lure a 13-year-old girl for sex. Forty-two-year-old Stuart Ziegler from Rimrock was also arrested for attempting to lure a 14-year-old girl for sex. Thirty-one-year-old Tyrell Mann-Sanford of Prescott was taken into custody after he solicited to perform sex acts with a five-year-old victim. The fourth person arrested was 22-year-old Shane Howe of Prescott, who attempted to lure a 16-year-old girl for sex. All four were transported and booked into the Yavapai County Jail on multiple charges related to the arrest, with Sanford also charged for possession of drug paraphernalia and using a minor in a drug offense.
