A Flash Flood Watch is in effect until 11 p.m. for most of Northern Arizona, including Prescott and Flagstaff. The National Weather Service says some storms could produce heavy rain over a short amount of time, which could cause flash flooding in creeks, normally dry washes and over recently burned areas. If you have travel plans for the rest of the day, be alert for changing weather conditions and drive safe.
