The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) Board of Directors has approved four grants to the City of Flagstaff Water Services. The City will receive funding through the Water Conservation Grant Fund (WCGF) which aims to facilitate activities that reduce water consumption and create water efficiency programs.
