Officers with the Flagstaff Police Department responded to several catalytic converter thefts in Flagstaff over the weekend. A witness described a vehicle that is likely connected to the recent thefts. The vehicle was located by officers and detectives. The subjects were taken into custody and there were several catalytic converters that were recovered in their vehicle. Two of the converters have been matched to victim vehicles that reported the crimes to police. There are at least three other vehicles that had there converters stolen and were found in the vehicles, but the victims have not yet been identified.
