Missing Woman Found Safe In Flagstaff

A Flagstaff woman, who had been missing earlier this week, was found safe Wednesday. Police were looking for 23-year-old Charisma Owens, who was last seen at around 9 a.m. at her home on North First Street when she told her mother she was going to check the mail. When her mom went to check on her, she couldn’t find her, believing she may have arranged to be picked up by someone. Police say she was found safe Wednesday and the search was ended.
