A Flagstaff family is looking for clues into a hit and run accident that injured their son last week at Foxglenn Park. A man driving a newer-model reddish maroon four-door Dodge Ram 1500 truck, hit a young boy on his bicycle at around 1:40 p.m. last Wednesday. Family members say the man stopped, got out of the truck looked at the boy then got back in and drove off. The driver is described as a white male, between five-foot-six and five-foot-eight inches tall in his early 30s, with a scruffy beard. The boy suffered a concussion and numerous scrapes and bruises from the accident. Family members say there were witnesses in the area, including a car that followed the truck. If anyone has information about the accident, or who was driving the truck, contact Flagstaff Police at 774-1414 or Silent Witness at 774-6111. When you call, refer to case number P19-06041.
