Burning will continue Wednesday on the Kaibab National Forest, which could continue to filter smoke into Flagstaff once again. Crews are expected to burn more acres on the Sunflower Prescribed Burn eight miles southeast of Williams. The project is located between County Road 73 and Whitehorse Lake. The burn is expected to last through the end of the week. Smoke will be seen from Williams, Parks, Sherwood Forest, Garland Prairie and I-40 today. Tuesday, smoke moved into Flagstaff and settled in overnight. Smoke is expected in Flagstaff from the burn again Wednesday.
