FlagPark To Implement New Booting and Towing Policy For Downtown Flagstaff

Flagstaff’s parking management program, ParkFlag, will implement a new booting and towing policy that will go into place June 1st. Officials say it is to ensure fair use of parking spaces in the Downtown Parking District. The goal of the new policy is to discourage the repeat parking offenders and to improve traffic and accessibility. After the first citation, you will have a 15-day window to pay the fee or get an appeal. You can get an appeal by going to the Flagstaff Municipal Court. After a vehicle gets three or more citations, the vehicle can be placed on an immobilization list, and will be subject to booting or towing. ParkFlag says they aim to encourage responsible parking practices among residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
