Stitts was booked on charges of unlawful flight from law enforcement and possession of a firearm. Watson was found to have an outstanding warrant for two counts of attempted first degree murder out of Tennessee. He also had a failure to appear warrant on drug charges out of Florida. He was booked on additional charges of aggravated taking of an identity of another person, possession of a firearm during a felony and possession of a narcotic drug.
