Day Three Of “Catch 22” Features Dewey Man In Connection With An Assault In 2020

Saturday is Day Three of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Authorities are looking for 31-year-old Matthew Bryan Tso. In the morning hours of April 12th, 2020, Tso got into an argument with a female known to him in the area of South Premonition Lane in Dewey. The argument escalated into a physical confrontation in which Tso choked the victim twice, grabbed her by the neck and threw her against the wall. Tso then began to choke the victim from behind and didn’t stop until a bystander physically removed him from the victim. Tso left the house in his vehicle, taking an eight-year-old boy, an AR 15 rifle, a semi-automatic pistol and body armor with him. He was heard saying he would shoot at any responding deputies as he knew the police had been called. Tso was stopped by deputies a short time later where he was taken into custody. He was convicted on assault and disorderly conduct charges and was placed on probation, in which he has since violated. Tso is an Asian male, five-feet-seven inches tall, 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has multiple tattoos on both arms, his chest and back. His last known address was in Phoenix. If anyone has information that leads to Tso’s arrest, you could be eligible for up to a $500 case reward. If you know anything about him, contact Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip at yavapaisw.com.
