It’s Day Five of Yavapai Silent Witness’s July “Catch 22” program. Today we focus on 51-year-old Lisa Marie Belmares, who is wanted on a probation violation stemming from a conviction from charges of burglary, criminal trespass and trafficking stolen property. Yavapai County Sheriff’s officials say between June and September of 2017, Belmares entered the victim’s property in Rimrock and removed several items, including firearms, jewelry, coins, tools, animals and money. Some of the items were recovered, but some were traded for drugs. The amount taken was around $85-hundred dollars. In April of 2019, Belmares and an accomplice entered a separate victim’s home on Zachary Lane in Camp Verde. The victim was disabled and had asked them to help him assemble a bed frame. Belmares went into house taking the victim’s .25 auto pistol he had in his room. She was arrested and convicted of the charges, but has since violated her probation. She is a white female, five-feet-eight inches tall and weighs 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has multiple tattoos and her last known address was in Rimrock. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering up to a $500 reward for information leading to her arrest. If anyone knows her whereabouts, call Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip online at yavapaisw.com.
