Day 5 Of “Catch 22” Focuses On A Man Arrested On Drug Charges, Who Then Failed To Follow Rules Of His Probation In 2022

It’s Day 5 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Today we are asking for your help in locating 21-year-old Kenneth Bishop-Wallace. On December 1st, 2022, state troopers attempted to stop a vehicle driven by Bishop-Wallace after it was seen driving erratically. He failed to stop, and fled from troopers at a high speed. State troopers also noted that he was throwing items out of the vehicle, which were later discovered to be several items of drug paraphernalia. He continued to drive recklessly and without care for other motorists. He led troopers to his residence and then attempted to flee on foot, but was caught and arrested. During the arrest, Bishop-Wallace was found to be in possession of narcotic drugs, burglary tools and the vehicle was discovered to be stolen. On March 7th, 2022, Bishop-Wallace was released from jail and sentenced to three years of probation. He was ordered to report to the Arizona Probation Department and has failed to do so. His whereabouts are unknown and the court has issued a felony warrant for his arrest with statewide extradition. Bishop-Wallace is five-foot-five inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has a tattoo of a rose on the top of his left hand and a tattoo on the inside of his left forearm. If you provide information leading to the arrest of Kenneth Bishop-Wallace, you could earn up to a $1,000 cash reward.  To earn your reward, you must call Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip at All calls or tips provided to Yavapai Silent Witness will be completely anonymous.
