Today is Day 17 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Today we focus on finding 26-year-old Justin Anthony Emans of Prescott. Back on July 9th, 2020 Emans was at a home in the 100-block of North Alarcon. He became angry at a woman because she had hidden his glass meth bong. He grabbed the woman by her throat and choked her, restricting her breathing. He then released her and went outside. The victim got the bong, broke it and handed it to him. Emans threw the bag containing the broken glass at her, striking the victim in her upper arm, cutting her. She later needed stiches for the wound. Emans was arrested and convicted on aggravated assault and disorderly conduct and was sentenced to probation, which he has since violated. He is a white male, six-foot-three inches tall and weighs 224 pounds with blue eyes and blond, balding hair and has a tattoo on his upper arm that says “Emans.” His last known address was in Prescott. A reward of up to $500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest. If anyone has information on Emans’ whereabouts, contact Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip at yavapaisw.com.
