It’s Day 17 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Today we focus on trying to find 20-year-old Melissa Virginia Dailey. On June 14th of this year, Dailey was being treated at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott Valley when she began struggling with the nurse that was trying to treat her. Dailey took the nurse’s trauma shears and cut the palm of the nurse’s hand. Dailey was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a health care worker and disorderly conduct. She has since failed to appear in court on her charges. Dailey she is described as a white female, standing five-feet-two inches tall and weighs around 140 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Her last known address was in Peoria, Arizona. Anyone with information that leads to Dailey’s arrest can earn up to a $1,000 cash reward. If anyone knows her whereabouts, call Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip at yavapaisw.com.
