Day 17 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program focuses on finding a man who failed to show up for a court appearance on charges of possession of narcotics for sale and possession of dangerous drugs for sale. Prescott Police say 49-year-old Todd Patrick Fenlon was arrested after a domestic dispute at a hotel in the 11-hundred block of East Sheldon in Prescott back on October 16th of 2022. While speaking with the female involved, officers noticed drug paraphernalia and some M30 fentanyl pills inside the room. She told police they were Fenlon’s and when he returned to the room, officers found a large amount of cash in his possession. After search the room, police found a-third of a pound of meth, along with a few hundred fentanyl pills. Fenlon is described as a white male, five-feet-eight inches tall and 160 pounds with pink or possible gray hair. His last known address was in the 10-thousand-500 block of North Patina Road in Prescott. If you provide information that leads to the arrest of Fenlon, you could be earn up to a $1,000 reward.
