Day 13 Of “Catch 22” Focuses On A Cottonwood Man Once Convicted Of Domestic Violence

Today is Day 13 in Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Today we feature the search for 23-year-old Aron Jose Bermudez-Felix. On August 6th, 2018, Bermudez got into an argument with his girlfriend, which led to him hitting her in the face with a closed fist. He then threw her onto the bed while she was holding their one-year-old baby. Bermudez continued to abuse the woman and as she screamed and he stuck a sock in her mouth. She was able to escape and get to a friend’s house, however he was waiting for her. Bermudez tried to force her to go with him as a witness called police. He was finally arrested on October 27th, 2018 and was convicted on charges related to the incident and has since violated his probation. Bermudez is described as a white male, five-feet-seven inches tall and weighs 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his right forearm. Bermudez’s last known address was in Cottonwood. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering a reward up to $500 for information leading to his arrest.
