Day 12 Of “Catch 22” Focuses On The Search For A Man Once Arrested For Heroin Possession On I-40 In 2015

Today is Day 12 in Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Today we feature the search for 45-year-old Charles Edward Jackson. On February 15th, 2015, Jackson was pulled over by a Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputy on Interstate-40 near Ash Fork for a moving violation. Jackson and two woman were in the vehicle and he told the deputy they were heading to a cancer treatment center because he had been battling cancer for a while. When asked where the center was, they didn’t know. The three became nervous and the deputy asked to search the vehicle. A search under the dashboard found seven bindles of heroin. All three were arrested on drug charges. Jackson has since violated his probation and is now wanted. He is described as a Black male, six-feet-one inch tall and weighs 250 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos, one including his name “Charles” on his right hand. Jackson’s last known address was in Las Vegas. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering a reward up to $500 for information leading to his arrest.
