Today is day 12 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Today we focus on 34-year-old Benjamin Aaron Frey. Back in September of 2015, Frey was contacted by Prescott Police for being a suspect in a stolen vehicle and stolen property case. Frey gave the deputies a fake name and fled when he was told he was under arrest. Deputies caught up to him and took him into custody. After the arrest, deputies found numerous items and tools that were stolen during Frey’s multiple burglaries and thefts in the Prescott area. Frey was also found in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. He was convicted of second and third degree burglary, theft and criminal impersonation, and was put on probation, which he has since broken. Frey has a nationwide extraditable probation violation warrant. He is described as a white male, five-feet-eleven-inches tall, weighing 170 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering a reward of up to $500 for anyone with any information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information about Frey’s whereabouts should contact Yavapai Silent Witness 1-800-932-3232 or submit a tip online at
