Coconino County is proposing a fee increase for the Coconino County Fair starting in September. The public is invited to comment on the proposed changes until April 11th. The proposed recommended fees affect admission prices for adults, seniors, and active-duty military/veterans as well as the parking fee. Youth ticket prices would not change for the 2023 Fair, but would change in 2024. Adult prices would go from eight to ten dollars, senior prices would go from five-to-six dollars, military/veteran prices would go from seven to eight dollars, children under five would remain free and parking at the fairgrounds would be free. Fair prices haven’t increased since 2008. The changes in admission fees would reflect growth, cost and staffing needs.
